In the “State of Play” live broadcast held today (3/10) morning, CAPCOM officially announced that it will launch a new online dedicated team battle action game on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC platforms in 2023 “Exoprimal”.
Exoprimal is an online team-based action game set in the near-future 2043. Due to unknown reasons, the mysterious space-time vortex is frequently opened, releasing endless groups of dinosaurs into the modern world. This phenomenon is called “dinosaur explosion”. In order to combat the dinosaur outbreak, Abios has developed a new generation of AI “Leviathan”, which can predict the location where the dinosaur outbreak is about to occur. Ebios has also developed the latest power armor suit “Exosuits”, which is used to arm heroic “Exofighters” to fight against the invasion of dinosaurs.
In the game, players can choose from three different types of attack armor, namely “forward”, “shield” and “support”, and form a 5-person team through connection. Familiar armies of dinosaurs like Velociraptor and Feathertooth.
Exoprimal is scheduled to launch in 2023.
