By virtue of Section 9 of the Public Assembly Act B.E. 2558 and Section 49 of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Act B.E. 2528 (1985) provide a place to be used for public assembly under the Public Assembly Act B.E. . 2015 withPlaces to be used for public gatherings and rules, procedures and conditions for using places to be used for public gatherings as follows

1.a place to use for public gatherings

1.1 City Square, Phra Nakhon District


1.2 Bangkok Youth Center (Thai-Japanese) Din Daeng District

1.3 Public places under Ratchavipha Bridge (near Soi Vibhavadi Rangsit 36) Chatuchak District

1.4 Parking lot in front of Phra Khanong District Office, Phra Khanong District

1.5 Sports Center in honor of the 72nd Birthday Anniversary, Minburi District

1.6 Chaloem Phrakiat Sports Center, Thung Khru District

1.7 Monthon Phirom Park, Taling Khan District

2.Criteria, methods and conditions for using the place for public assembly
