Chelsea Midfielder Andrey Santos Joins Nottingham Forest on Loan
Nottingham Forest has secured the loan signing of Chelsea’s talented midfielder Andrey Santos, as confirmed by the club. The Premier League giants announced the move through their official website, revealing that Santos will spend the entirety of the 2023/24 season with the Championship outfit.
Pastly, Santos has been temporarily taken by the “Indigo Blue Lion” army to bolster their attacking force since January. Although he made the substitute bench in Chelsea’s first Premier League game against Liverpool this season, the young midfielder was unfortunately unable to step onto the pitch.
Considering Chelsea’s recent acquisition of midfielders Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia, Santos’s chances of featuring in the first team have diminished. Therefore, a year-long experience with Nottingham Forest, known as the “Khao Pa” army, was deemed beneficial for his development.
Santos becomes the sixth signing of the summer for Forest, joining the likes of Chris Wood from Newcastle United, Ola Aina from Torino, Anthony Elanga from Manchester United, Matt Turner from Arsenal, and Gonzalo Montiel on loan from Sevilla.

Chelsea have confirmed that Andrey Santos has joined Nottingham Forest on loan.
Chelsea Leading clubs in the English Premier League have announced via the club’s official website that the loan of young midfielder Andrey Santos to Nottingham Forest will be used for the 2023/24 season.
However, in the past, Santos has been taken by the “Indigo Blue Lion” army to strengthen the advance army since January. Before moving to the full team this summer he was named as a substitute in the first Premier League game this season against Liverpool, but did not get a chance to take to the field
