Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the Kerala Pavilion at the Expo during his eight-day visit to Dubai

Investors will be welcomed to Kerala and convinced of the legal reforms, digitalisation and simplification of procedures in the industrial sector.

Dubai: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan arrives in Dubai The Chief Minister, who arrived in Dubai for the first time since the second Pinarayi government came to power, was received by a delegation led by Indian Consul General Aman Puri. He is accompanied by his wife Kamala. During his eight-day visit, the Chief Minister will hold talks with UAE Ministers and business leaders. The first three days are a complete rest.

Later, Pinarayi Vijayan will visit various emirates and meet with officials and business leaders. Investors will be welcomed to Kerala and convinced of the legal reforms, digitalisation and simplification of procedures in the industrial sector. The Chief Minister will also inaugurate the Kerala Stall at the Indian Pavilion at the Dubai Expo on the 4th of next month. Permission has been granted to showcase Kerala’s achievements for six days at the Expo. The opportunity will be used to highlight Kerala as the most suitable state for small and medium enterprises.

The Chief Minister will hold two investor meetings in Dubai next month at 5 pm involving international businessmen. The conferences will include Arab and international businessmen as well as Malayalee businessmen. KSIDC MD Rajamanikyam arrived in Dubai yesterday to discuss the matter. Apart from the Chief Minister, Industries Minister P Rajeev will also take part in the discussions. Though preparations are underway for the CM’s dialogue program with the Malayalee community at Al Nasser Leisureland in Dubai on the 5th, the organizers are awaiting the approval of the UAE government in the Kovid situation.
