[上海 ４日 ロイター] – Zeng Guang, former chief scientist of epidemiology at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said on the 4th that China’s “zero dynamic corona” policy for the new coronavirus will soon undergo major changes.
Reuters confirmed his comments at a meeting hosted by Citi.
Zeng said the conditions for China’s opening are “accumulating,” citing progress in research on new vaccines and antiviral drugs.
He said he expected a number of new policies to be introduced over the next five to six months, but refused to explain how his comments were informed.
Citi declined to comment on Mr. Zeng. Mr. did not respond. Zeng to interview requests.
