The project for fostering a specialized complex for Sojang Manager is a project hosted by the Ministry of Industry, which builds a supply chain centered on high value-added core items in order to preemptively respond to the reorganization of the global value chain (GVC).
At the beginning of this year, the province was selected as a ‘display material/part/equipment specialized complex’, and the target areas are △Cheonan 2nd General Industrial Complex △Cheonan 4th General Industrial Complex △Cheonan 3rd Industrial Complex Foreign Investment Zone △1 Asan Techno Valley △No. 2Asan Techno Valley and Asan Smart Valley are six industrial complexes with a total area of 6,956354 square meters.
The five specialized complex promotion groups launched this time are follow-up measures to the customized support plan for specialized complexes announced by the Ministry of Industry in May, and plan to maximize project efficiency through project planning suitable for each specialized complex.

Specifically, it provides support for securing and developing sites necessary for the creation and operation of specialized complexes, building infrastructure, and administrative tasks related to licensing and permits.
The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy is in charge of project planning and overall management as the overall project organization, and organizes and operates a council for inter-organizational cooperation.
In order to create a sustainable solidarity and cooperative ecosystem within the specialized complex, the promotion team provides a forum for communication between companies and industry-university-research and discovers and operates cooperative projects.
