CIVIL opens for the first day of trading 5.25 baht, above the reservation 14.13%

Civil Engineering Public Company Limited or CIVIL Listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) today (27 Jan 2022) for the first day, opening the market at 5.25 baht per share, an increase of 0.65 baht or 14.13% from the subscription price of 4.60 baht per share.

CIVIL operates 3 types of businesses, namely 1) contracting business for horizontal projects 2) selling precast concrete parts and other types of construction materials To support the construction of the Group 3) Building and construction machinery and equipment rental business

The company has been in the construction business for a long time. and has expertise in low-rise projects such as railways, airports, dams and reservoirs. The main customers are government agencies and the private sector with potential. As of November 30, 2021, the company has work in progress of 16,813 million baht, which will gradually recognize revenue until 2024.

CIVIL has a paid-up registered capital after the offering of shares of 700 million baht with a par value of 1 baht per share, consisting of 500 million existing ordinary shares and 200 million newly-issued ordinary shares by offering.Initial Public Offering (IPO) Ordinary Shares Between 19-21 January 2022 at a price of 4.6 baht per share, representing a fundraising value of 920 million baht and a securities value at the IPO price of 3,220 million baht.

IPO pricing is determined based on the Price to Earnings Ratio (P/E) ratio of 16.8 times, calculated from the net profit attributable to the Company’s shareholders in the past 12 months. (Q4 of 2020 – Q3 of 2021) equal to 191.62 million baht divided by the total number of ordinary shares of the Company after this issuance of shares (Fully Diluted), representing a net profit per share of 0.27 baht.
