A LawnStarter study provided the list of the safest and most insecure states in the United States, and Colorado appeared among the 25 states with the highest insecurity rates in the country.
The statistics used to carry out the study are the official ones provided by the FBI on crimes in one of the 50 states.
The study ranked Alaska the most dangerous state and New Hampshire the safest. Some of the factors analyzed were arson, robbery, vehicle theft, murder and rape, among others.
The study also analyzed each state, and in Colorado it was determined that Windsor is the safest city and Pueblo the most dangerous.
Colorado is the fifth state in the country with the highest number of vehicle thefts and the sixth with the most violations.
