In 1991, the CHARTER OF NATIONAL UNITY was set up by the DICTATEUR NEOCOLON MUHIMA BUOYA PIERREPresident of Burundi, at the behest of FRANCE IN GEOPOLITICAL WAR AGAINST THE USA. At that time FRANCE demanded for the countries of the FRANCAFRICA and some FRANCOPHONIE systems DEMOCRATIC.
