[OSEN=장우영 기자] Singer Paul Kim’s YouTube channel is causing controversy among fans.
Paul Kim’s YouTube channel is on the cutting board. This is because the video where Paul Kim’s video was uploaded was changed to the official Neuron Music channel with the termination of the exclusive contract.
Neuron Music said, “As the contract between Paul Kim and Neuron Music ends, the channel will be operated as the official channel of Neuron Music.”
“Paul Kim’s new YouTube channel will be launched and announced soon. Pay a lot of attention to Neuron Music’s artist content and release news that will be updated in the future, as well as Paul Kim’s new move.”
Paul Kim’s YouTube channel has more than 460,000 subscribers. Most of them are Paul Kim fans. Among them, Neuron Music’s exclusive contract ended, and Paul Kim’s YouTube was announced as an official channel for Neuron Music. Neuron Music has an official channel with around 6,000 subscribers.
In response, some fans complained that Neuron Music took Paul Kim’s YouTube channel and changed it to a company channel due to the termination of the exclusive contract. They showed reactions like “I’m so ashamed”, “Isn’t it true that I don’t have a Neuron Music account in the first place?”, “I’m ashamed to take Paul Kim’s account just because my contract has ended”
On the other hand, since the exclusive contract is terminated because it is owned by the company, there is an opinion that it is natural that Paul Kim’s channel belongs to Neuron Music. They showed responses like “I can’t help it because it’s owned by the company” and “Thanks for giving it to me, but I can’t say anything even if I don’t give it to you.” /elnino8919@osen.co.kr
