[ワシントン 27日 ロイター] – White House National Security Council (NSC) Strategic Communications Coordinator Kirby said on Wednesday that the United States is very concerned about the exchange of attacks between Israel and the Palestinian Gaza Territory, urging all parties to say that it needs to act immediately to calm the situation.

Kirby told reporters that he had received reports that at least 10 Palestinians had been killed in the Israeli army’s anti-terrorist operation, and he regretted the civilian casualties.

“All parties must move quickly to calm the situation and work together to prevent further civilian casualties and improve security in the West Bank,” he said.

Secretary of State Brinken will visit the Middle East from March 29-31. Kirby said Brinken will discuss a variety of issues, including the need to de-intensify the West Bank.
