Corporation with Johnson Master Music Academy

Thrissur: The Musician Johnson Master Music Academy is coming up under the Corporation on the occasion of the centenary celebrations of the Municipal Corporation. The Mayor MK said that the formation of the academy and the friendly city with different abilities and the honor of the cultural city for the musician Ousepachan will be held on September 2. Varghese informed. A plan is being prepared and announced to make Thrissur a differently abled friendly city. The mayor also said that a music academy under the management of the corporation is being formed in memory of Johnson, a musician who grew up in Thrissur. As part of the Disability Friendly City Declaration, a community called Devadootar will be formed in Puzhakal Marriage Village on September 2. Wizard Prof. Gopinath Mutukad will inaugurate. Music director Ousepachan Devadootar will lead the program. The Mayor said that others, including the Johnson Master Musical Foundation and music director Ousepachan, who is currently operating, have offered support and services to the Sangeet Academy. On September 25, as part of Auseppachan’s completion of 201 films, a ‘Kathod Katoram’ music night will be held at the Thrissur Sakthan ground, which pays tribute to the cultural city. Celebrities from the world of film and music will take part. Directors Sathyan Anthikad, Kamal, Sibi Malail, Lal Jose etc. will conduct the Kathukathoram Sangeet Nishak, the Mayor informed.
