Riyadh: 25 new cases of Kovid virus have been confirmed in Saudi Arabia. Of the current patients, 29 have recovered. Another death in the country has been confirmed to be due to Kovid. A total of 31,055,094 PCR tests were conducted in the country. The total number of reported cases was 549,720. Of these, 538,885 recovered. A total of 8,834 people died.
Currently, 2,001 people are in treatment. Of these, 44 are in critical condition. They are in the intensive care unit of various hospitals across the country. The condition of the rest is satisfactory. The country’s covid release rate remains at 98 percent and the death rate at 1.6 percent. So far, 47,309,172 doses of the vaccine have been injected across the country. Of these, 24,581,780 were the first dose. 22,380,259 per second dose. 1,718,160 doses were given to the elderly. The booster dose was given to 347,133 people. Number of newly reported patients in different parts of the country: Riyadh – 11, Jeddah – 5, Madinah – 3, and other 6 locations each.
