Covids today, 416 people put on ventilators, 6,343 infected, Bangkok No. 1

On November 15, 2021, the Center for Disease Control of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Situation Administration (CDC) reported the situation of COVID-19 patients In Thailand, details are as follows.

6,143 infections in the country
188 infected in prisons/detention centers
12 foreign infections
7,663 more healed
1,910,509 cumulative recoveries (since 2020)

94,163 are being treated, comprising 44,917 in hospitals, 49,246 in field hospitals and others, of which 1,776 are in severe condition, 416 are on a ventilator.

45 additional deaths

Cumulative death toll 20,081 (since 2020)

The cumulative total of 2,024,753 confirmed cases since 2020

Thailand is ranked 24th in the world.

For 6,343 new infected people, they are divided as follows:

5,926 new patients from surveillance and service systems
Proactively search for 217 infected people in the community.
Prisons/prisoners: 188
12 foreign travelers

The highest number of infected people in the 5 provinces is Bangkok. There are still 790 infected, followed by Songkhla 462, Nakhon Si Thammarat 428, Chiang Mai 376 and Pattani 318.
