Creative capture of Oman: Iran frees Danish, Austrian citizens

Muscat: Iran has released a Danish citizen and two Austrian citizens following Oman’s creative intervention. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that the freed people will be flown to Muscat by the Royal Oman Air Force after which they will be transferred to their respective countries. Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg thanked Oman for playing an important role in freeing the citizens.
