Daiso opened the Honolulu shop quietly today and there was little justification as the word began to spread on social media.

The popular Japanese discount chain opened in the second store of Hawaii at the corner of Young and Piikoi's streets just three months after sales began in December at the Pearl City Shopping Center, which was around there were 2,000 customers in the first operation week and had fixed lines. the customers out of the door.

HouseMart, the parent company of Ace Hardware and Ben Franklin Crafts, who have an exclusive licensing agreement to open Daiso shops on the islands, said, “the demand for local residents from the company has expanded to a second site.”
