First Batch of Leopard 1 Tanks Arrive in Ukraine
The Danish Army has announced that the initial shipment of Leopard 1 tanks from Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands has successfully reached Ukraine.
“We are pleased to confirm that the first 10 tanks have safely arrived in Ukraine, with more expected to follow in due course,” stated a spokesperson for the Danish Army.
This significant development comes after Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands pledged in February to collectively provide Ukraine with a generous allotment of 100 tanks within the coming months.
