A man in his 20s has been arrested for assaulting his girlfriend several times with a full-length mirror and even a police officer who was dispatched to the scene.
The Seoul Gwanak Police Station announced on the 28th that it is investigating a current offender, A (22), on charges of injury and obstruction of the execution of official duties.
Person A is accused of hitting her girlfriend with a fist and a full-length mirror at her home in Gwanak-gu around 0:30 am that day.
A was also found to have swung his fists at two police officers who were dispatched to the scene after receiving the report.
A’s girlfriend was injured in the face, and the police officers who were assaulted suffered injuries such as torn ears, but it is known that they have been discharged after treatment.
A police official said, “We plan to apply for an arrest warrant by tomorrow morning and investigate the details of the crime.”
