Ten Hag talked about the situation when all three goalkeepers were unable to play during his time at Ajax.
Remko Basbir, Jay Gorter and Martin Stekelenberg were all out at the time. It is February 2022.
“Last year in Ajax, that happened. Three were injured,” said Ten Hag.
“That shouldn’t happen. It shouldn’t happen when we’re heading towards the end of the season and we’re looking to win. We’ll have to put in a young goalkeeper.”
He continued, “It’s not easy to get a young goalkeeper, but it can affect the result of the season. So we have to prepare.”
