When the chef David Murray opened doors Denim American Bistro in October, he showed his respect for Anthony Bourdain. The world still had a shock from 8 June 2018, when Bourdain died in France, when he showed suicide, when the restaurant expelled.
A black-and-white portrait of host grace on an 'Unknown wall' is a wall of a dining room in the cozy bistro Cherry Hill. As Denim is part of the South Georgian dining framework, Bourdain's portrait was relocated to a larger dining room with a long communal table.

Murray has said that it is a more suitable setting for the famous chef, author and global traveler who brought people together for good food.

Bourdain would have gone on 25 June and Murray is marking a special dinner in his restaurant.
The Denim Anthony Bourdain Memorial Dinner will begin at 6:30 pm. The chef's five-course flavor menu will include a restaurant from “Les Halles” 'Bourdain and' cooket ', as well as wine.
The tickets are $ 75 per guest, with some of the proceeds going to a National Hotline for Suicide Prevention, Murray says. Denim is located at 312 Kresson Road, Cherry Hill. Call (856) 520-8114 or visit denimbyob.com/
