Samsung may ditch the base model with 128 GB of RAM, at least if Anthony’s latest tweet about the upcoming flagship is anything to go by.
It is believed that the S23 Ultra could come with 256 GB of base RAM and higher. According to him, it could be around 256, 512 and 1024 GB. I guess we’ll see how that turns out. I think Samsung will actually continue to invest in 128 GB.
