Director Shinjo announces new uni uniform number “1” debuted “I didn’t feel like I imagined …” | Full-Count

Explosion of uniqueness, new slogan “Fans are treasures”

Nippon-Ham announced on the 21st a new uniform to be worn from this season. Director Tsuyoshi Shinjo was also present at the press conference held at Sapporo Dome. On the wrist of Director Shinjo, who wore a combat uniform that he had hoped for for the first time in 11 years, there was also a red wristband that was familiar during his active career. “It’s time for a new departure. Fans, rampage,” he appealed.

However, Director Shinjo said, “To be honest, it wasn’t the uniform that I had imagined. But the uniform becomes cooler as the team gets stronger, so I’d like to make it.” It seems that it does not go. Still, he wants to sprinkle on the tradition of a strong team.

In addition, he touched on the typeface of the uniform number “1” that he had been particular about since he was active. He also suggested “improvement” next season when “Escon Field Hokkaido” will open.

The new uniforms are based on white for homes and blue for visitors. The left-right asymmetry, which has become a “tradition” in uniforms since the move to Hokkaido, has been inherited, and blue is on the left shoulder for the home.

However, everything else has changed. The primary logo and hat mark that have been used since 2004 have also changed to a simple “F”. The typefaces such as chest marks and uniform numbers have also been redesigned.

The team slogan for this season announced at the same time is “Fans are treasures”. A new season will be celebrated with the explosion of “Big Boss” that has been preaching the importance of fans to the team since the days of active duty.
