Do not give a religious symbol to the narcotics mafia; CM | Kerala | Deshabhimani

Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has said that the word ‘narcotics’ is not unheard of and such mafias should not be given religious symbols. He was responding to questions from the media. Do not try to destroy the special atmosphere of peace in Kerala. He said that it is important to cultivate unity in the country.

The forces moving with communal thinking in the society should be identified. He explained that drunken mafias should only be seen as mafias and that it should not be associated with any religious symbol. The Bishop of Pala did not intend to incite sectarianism in any way. The CM said in a press conference that he only intended to give a warning to his faction.

The CM said that the case against the bishop was not under discussion. Other than that there is no barrier for an individual to share things with his community or to warn. He was responding to questions from the media.
