Sake is a two-year-old male black Tang dog wearing a light green neckband when he gets lost. His dog owner immigrated to Europe in mid-August, but because he could not find a place to live with the dog, he first put Sake in temporary care, planning to find a place to pick up the dog later. Ms. Yang said: “Temporarily, I will send a recent photo of Sake to the owner almost every other day. Sometimes the owner will ask if it is delayed.”
