The court is expected to dismiss the indictment against Sergeant A, who was arrested and indicted along with Lieutenant Noh on charges of inflicting a second offense against Sergeant Lee, but died while in prison.
Sergeant A was found unconscious at the detention facility of the Ministry of National Defense Service Support Group on the 25th of last month and was taken to the hospital, but died.
