Visakhapatnam: The death of a policeman in Andhra Pradesh has been declared a murder. Ramesh Kumari (40), a constable in the Andhra Police and a resident of Shivajipalam in Visakhapatnam, was found dead. The police have arrested Rama Rao, the neighbor and lover of Sivajyoti, Ramesh Kumar’s wife, and his accomplice Neela, in connection with the incident.

On Wednesday morning, Ramesh Kumar, a constable at Visakhapatnam Onetown Police Station, was discovered dead at his home. Due to the suspicious nature of the incident, the police questioned Sivajyoti and other family members. Here’s how the murder unfolded.

During the police investigation, it was revealed that Shivajyoti had plotted the murder to live with her neighbor’s lover. Rama Rao and Shivajyoti had been close for a long time, and when Ramesh Kumar discovered their secret relationship, he prohibited his wife from continuing it. However, Shivajyoti defied her husband’s objections and continued her affair with her lover. Upon learning this, Ramesh Kumar asked his wife to leave him and their two children, ultimately leaving the house himself. Subsequently, Shivajyoti and her lover devised a plan to kill her husband.

On Tuesday night, Shivajyoti gave alcohol to Ramesh Kumar, who had returned home after duty. When her husband fell asleep under the influence of alcohol, she called her boyfriend and accomplice. The trio then suffocated Ramesh Kumar with a pillow, intending to make it seem like a natural death. However, a police investigation determined that it was indeed a murder.

After learning about their secret relationship, Ramesh Kumar banned his wife from this relationship. However, Shivajyoti overcame her husband’s objection and continued her relationship with her lover. After realizing this, Ramesh Kumar asked his wife to leave him and their two children and left the house. After this Shivajyoti along with her lover prepared a plan to kill her husband.

Shivajyoti gave liquor to Ramesh Kumar who came home after duty on Tuesday night. When her husband fell asleep under the influence of alcohol, the woman called her boyfriend and companion. The trio then killed Ramesh Kumar by suffocating him with a pillow. Their attempt was to depict the natural death of her husband after the procedure. However, the police investigation found the incident to be murder.
