Amala Paul, Neeraj Madhav and Shruti Jayan starrer Dwija released the first look poster. Amala Paul dons the role of a woman from Namboothiri in the exciting and different first look poster. It is suggested that the film will tell the story of a woman’s survival and her individual struggle against male dominance. Dwija is directed by famous filmmaker Aijaz Khan. He is the director of The White Elephant, Banky Ki Crazy Baaraat and National Award winning Hameed.

Famous writer Meena R Menon has written the screenplay of Dwija. Dwija is jointly produced by Y Naveen and Y Ravi Shankar of Maitri Movie Makers, Ellanar Films helmed by Radhika Lau and producer Vivek Rangachari. Maitri Movie Makers is the banner behind the blockbuster Pushpa The Rise. Ellenar Films has produced notable web series such as Unheard and Code. Tovino Thomas and Nimisha Sajayan starrer Adarshya Jhalakam is also produced by Ellenar Films. VRCC has produced critically acclaimed films such as Lunch Box and Mickey Virus.
