Kannur: E-Bull Jet Vlogger Traveler Registration (Registration) The cancellation process has begun. The Irtysh RTO issued a notice in this regard. The notice was posted at the E-Bull Jet Vloggers’ Market home. Proceedings have been initiated to cancel the registration of the traveler for reckless driving and non-compliance with road rules.

A case has been registered against two persons in Kollam and Alappuzha for calling for riots on social media in protest of the arrest of e-bullet jet vloggers. Police said they would scrutinize all the videos of YouTubers so far and would take strict action if people were called to do so.

The notice was issued asking for an explanation within seven days. The notice was issued on the grounds that it violated the law by attaching dangerous modifications, including illegal lighting and horns. The notice also states that the modified vehicle may violate the Motor Vehicle Act.

The vehicle was fitted with a light system in violation of the law, causing blurred vision at high light levels. Numerous horns with unauthorized noise were also found attached to the vehicle. The notice also states that the registration of the vehicle will be canceled under Section 53 (1A) of the Motor Vehicles Act. The notice also states that they did not pay tax in proportion to the modification of the vehicle.

Meanwhile, a chargesheet will be filed against the YouTubers in the Thalassery Additional Sessions Court for tampering with the vehicle. According to the chargesheet, they had violated the Kerala Motor Tax Act and the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988.
