“Oriental Land”, which operates Tokyo Disneyland, has decided to raise salaries by an average of about 7% for more than 20,000 employees, including full-time and part-time employees.
According to the announcement, Oriental Land will start from April this year,
▽ Wages of employees, including managers,
▽ Hourly wages for part-time and part-time positions, including two theme park casts,
By raising each one, it is meant that it has been agreed with the trade union by the 30th.
A total of more than 20,000 people will be subject to wage increases, and for workers, in addition to regular wage increases, basic increases that raise basic wages are also included.
In general, the average increase will be around 7%.
This will be the first time in six years since 2017 that the wages of full-time workers and part-time workers have been raised at the same time.
In addition, we will raise wages for almost all employees of group companies under our umbrella, such as hotel management companies.
Regarding the reason for this increase in wages, the company said, “To ensure that employees can work with peace of mind and that all of them can play an active role.”
