England lose their third wicket; India on the front foot in the final T20

Nottingham: Good start for England in 3rd T20 against India (ENGvIND). After winning the toss, England scored 86 runs for the loss of three wickets in 10 overs. David Malan (27) and Liam Livingston (1) are at the crease. Jason Roy (27), Jos Buttler (18) and Phillip Salt (8) have returned. Avesh Khan, Umran Malik and Harshal Patel took a wicket each.

England got off to a decent start. Roy-Buttler scored 31 runs for the first wicket. But Avesh bowled Buttler and gave India a break through. Malan, who came to the crease at third, started with a bang. Roy on the other hand played carefully. But Umran, who came to bowl in the eighth over, sent Roy back. Philip Salt (8), who came next, could not hold on for long. Harshel bowled the player who faced just six balls.

Earlier, England came out with two changes. Reese Topley and Phil Salt joined the team. Sam Curran and Matthew Parkinson are out. India introduced four changes. Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Yuzvendra Chahal and Hardik Pandya have been rested. Shreyas Iyer, Umran Malik, Avesh Khan and Ravi Bishnoi joined the team. Arshdeep Singh, who performed well in the first match, was not considered again.
