| Europe and Asia without exception; Concerned bird flu

Paris: Bird flu outbreak in Europe and Asia with the Kovid epidemic. The virus is re-emerging amid the symptoms of recovery from the trauma of the last outbreak.

The spread of the avian influenza virus is rampant in European countries, as well as in China, South Korea, and Japan. Millions of domestic birds were killed last year in the wake of the virus’s scare. The virus is spreading again amid concerns that it could be transmitted to humans. Bird flu is endemic in China, where the corona virus was first reported.

So far this year, 21 cases of human-to-human transmission of the virus have been reported in China. The fact that more than double the number of cases reported nationwide last year is doubly worrying.

The situation is similar in South Korea. In Chungxiongbak-do province alone, 7.7 million birds were recently killed. The situation is no different in Japan. Belgium has announced strict restrictions on poultry farming in the wake of the spread of the disease. Norway is also in the shadow of the virus. The virus is thought to have spread across borders through migratory birds.
