Medvedev, who is currently deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council. Medvedev, who became president, turned his back on Putin. The ban, which runs between 2008 and 2012, has accused the United States of wanting to bring Russia to an international court. While the United States has never faced sanctions in its own wars. which has caused the deaths of up to 20 million people worldwide.
