Fujairah: UAE fines 15 salons for using expired cosmetics Fujairah’s 15 beauty salons have been fined for using expired cosmetics in violation of health and safety laws. The action was taken by Dibba Municipality. More than 10 kg of expired cosmetics were seized from these places and destroyed.

Other violations found in establishments include failing to disinfect equipment and not renewing employee health cards. Authorities said they had signed a letter from the saloon owners stating that the crime would not be repeated. Meanwhile, Dibba Fujairah Municipality Director Hassan al-Yamahi said the lightning inspection would continue to ensure health and safety.
