A medicine envelope was found in the belongings of a family found dead in the sea off Wando.

As a result of the police investigation into the medical institution, it was confirmed that his wife, Lee, had been prescribed sleeping pills for insomnia, etc., twice in April and May.

Police believe that the family may have taken sleeping pills just before the accident, and are awaiting the results of a detailed autopsy to come out a month later.

“It detects the contents or tissue in the stomach to see if it’s poisonous or maybe a sleeping pill or something, that’s it.”

In addition, we requested data from the National Health Insurance Corporation about whether the deceased family was prescribed more sleeping pills.

The level of living experienced by a family is revealed through financial inquiry.

The couple owed more than 150 million won, including bank loans and unpaid credit card payments.

In particular, it was confirmed that from March to June of last year, a total of 130 million won was invested through a virtual currency exchange, and 20 million won was lost.

In April and May, before going to Wando, the economic situation seemed to have deteriorated to the point where I couldn’t even pay the apartment maintenance fee, and it was around this time that my wife bought sleeping pills.

The police said that it is true that the deceased family suffered temporary hardship, but it cannot be concluded that they made an extreme choice because of this, and they plan to focus their investigative powers on uncovering the circumstances that led to the death.
