The Department of Motor Vehicles has registered a case against actor Jojo George for removing the car’s security number plate and fitting a fancy number plate. Ernakulam RTO PM Shebir has ordered to produce the vehicle after paying the fine and affixing the security number plate.
The action was taken on a complaint filed by Congress activist Manaf Puthuvayil from Kalamassery. Jojo reached Vyttila in this car during the Congress agitation. The damaged vehicle has been repaired at the showroom in Kundannur. Led by Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector A. Chandu, they inspected the car and submitted the RTO report.
The Ernakulam RTO has received a complaint from the Chalakudy RTO that another of Joju’s cars was registered in Haryana and was being used illegally here.
