The FC Basel women’s team played to a scoreless draw against FC Zürich on Saturday, February 14, 2026, in a match held at the Letzigrund stadium. Monday, February 16, 2026, FC Basel reported the result.

Despite a competitive match, neither side could find the back of the net after 90 minutes of play. FC Basel reportedly had several near misses, with Anna Krog hitting the crossbar and Mai Hirata striking the post. The team also narrowly avoided conceding a goal in the late stages of the game when FC Zürich hit the crossbar themselves.

The draw leaves FC Basel in fifth place in the AXA Women’s Super League standings with four rounds remaining in the regular season. The match was played in front of 1,250 spectators.
