Teton Day, Monday 22 April, will celebrate a free community event aimed at bringing people together and welcoming the spring.

Join us on Monday 22 April from 4 to 6 pm. for free World Day Fair for the family at the Wildwood Room (7705 Lupine Lane) in Victor. This event will show over 30 local non-profit, school, farm and businesses that focus on some of their “green” projects and practices. Each booth, free routes, or useful information that you will not want to lose will have activities for the children.

RAD Curbside will be rolling out its new community cleaner with orange bags free of charge and will be able to earn a free garbage service in exchange for cleaning up your neighborhood roads.

Fall River Electric is giving the children a “propane train” and members are free with LED bulbs.

The Raptor Tetpt Center will bring some of their wild birds alive.

Teton Valley Community Recycling will give free background composters and simple instructions away.

We will play a place for kids and house bouncy (if the weather depends) and much more! Visit tetonrecycling.org for a full list of booths. Snacks will be available for purchase and some booths may have free samples.

For those who are unable to win the fair, we will have a Day Day Film Festival which will feature two award-winning documentaries: “Elk River” tracing elk Yellowstone's migration and “WASTED: The Story of Waste Waste”. efforts made by famous cooks such as Anthony Bourdain to prevent food waste in creative ways.

The films will be shown on Monday 22 April between 6 and 8:30 pm. the opportunity to buy drinks and a great local meal from chef Bill Boney. We also invited local food producers to share their information and help us all learn how to reduce food waste. The subscription recommended for movies is $ 5 / person or $ 10 / family. Make it night dating! It will be a great evening.

These events are organized by Teton Valley Community Recycling, the Teton Regional Land Trust and Full Circle Education, with generous financial support from Silver Star Communications, the Commercial Bank, and the Wildwood Room. We hope to see you at the Wildwood Room this Monday!
