In the women’s single free skating of the first Grand Prix ‘Skate America’ held in Las Vegas, USA on the 25th (Korea time), Yoo Young received 77.09 points in technique (TES) and 69.15 points in art (PCS), taking second place with a total score of 146.24. did.

In the women’s single short program the day before, she made a mistake while digesting the triple axel, the first jump task, and finished fifth with a total score of 70.73 with 39.02 technical points, 32.71 art points, and one deduction.

Yoo Young, who drew a standing ovation from the audience with her outstanding performance in free skating, reversed the result and finished third with a final total score of 216.97, following Alexandra Trusova (Russia, 232.37 points) and Daria Usacheva (Russia, 217.31 points).
