55 financial institutions, including the Federation of Banks, Financial Investment Association, Life Insurance Association, Non-life Insurance Association, Credit Finance Association, Korea Savings Bank Federation, and public financial corporations, were sponsored by the Financial Services Commission and the Financial Supervisory Service for two days on September 8 and 9 through non-face-to-face online banking. It was announced on the 1st that a joint job fair would be held.
The expo was originally scheduled to be held this month, but the schedule was changed to September to provide a period for job seekers who are having difficulty in preparing for a job to strengthen their employment competency due to the reduction of job training and internships due to the re-spread of COVID-19.
The job fair website, which has been converted into a regular job information platform in the financial sector, provides free employment contents such as financial sector employment white papers and artificial intelligence (AI) personality tests. Video contents such as online recruitment briefing sessions and talk concerts for seniors in employment surpassed 100,000 cumulative views in just one month.
Nonghyup Bank, Shinhan Bank, Woori Bank, Hana Bank, IBK, and Kookmin Bank will hold non-face-to-face interviews for two days on September 8 and 9. For excellent interviewers, an exemption from the 1st document screening will be given during future recruitment.
46 financial institutions such as banks, gold investment, insurance, credit cards, public financial corporations, and financial associations are also planning to conduct live recruitment counseling at the same time, explaining the recruitment process and talent, and providing questions and answers.
Applications for non-face-to-face interviews are from August 2 to 10. Recruitment consultation applications can be made from the 16th to 24th at the recruitment fair website.
