First female coach in men’s franchise cricket; Historian Sarah Taylor | sarah taylor | 1st woman coach in mens franchise cricket

Abu Dhabi: Former England wicketkeeper-batsman Sarah Taylor has become the first woman to coach a men’s franchise cricket team.

Sarah has been appointed as the team’s assistant coach for the Abu Dhabi T10 League, which starts on November 19.

Sarah was previously the Women’s Specialized Coach at County Club Sussex. He is known as one of the best wicket keepers of all time.

Sarah responded that she hopes her participation in the T10 League will inspire women around the world.

Sarah, 32, made her England debut in 2006. He played 10 Tests, 126 ODIs and 90 Twenty20 Internationals for the team.
