[Foresight Quick Review]Revelations come one after another, and Xi Jinping’s power is challenged | Political Bureau meeting of the Communist Party of China | Dynamic reset | Epidemic prevention and control

[Epoch Times, May 10, 2022]Hello friends, today is May 9 (Monday), welcome to “Foresight Quick Review”, I am Tang Jingyuan.

Today’s focus: Analysis of “Xi Jinping’s renunciation” series of revelations: Which information is true? What does the abnormal news broadcast for three consecutive days indicate? From “starvation and closure of the city” to “violent killing”, the Shanghai storm has not ended; Zhejiang is shocked to see the phenomenon of “red dynasty falling”.

In the last program, we discussed Xi Jinping’s speech at the Politburo meeting on May 5th. From my personal point of view, this meeting should be an infighting within the party over the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The two sides officially started a semi-open contest. A joint point, or a watershed. With this meeting as a sign, Xi Jinping’s power should be greatly restricted, and the two sides will fight on a level closer in strength.

I believe that friends at home and abroad are very concerned about the progress of this event, because the result of this infighting is likely to have a major impact on the entire world situation, and then affect various fields of economics and diplomacy, and ultimately affect the lives of many people. Life.

Today we will follow up to discuss this topic, as there are some new rumors and signs of official propaganda. But before discussing, I would like to briefly talk about another relatively special news, a news that I think is related to this event, which is the event of the phenomenon of the Tian phenomenon in Zhoushan, Zhejiang.

The celestial phenomenon of “Red Chaos scattered” in Zhejiang

At about 8:00 pm on May 7th, several videos circulated on the Internet showed that the sky near the sea area of Putuo District, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province suddenly showed an unusually rare and eerie blood-red color. The scene was shocking, and local residents were amazed: “What weather is this?” “What’s wrong with the sky?” There were also children shouting that they were so scared and so on.

The heat transfer of this video quickly aroused speculation and anxiety among many people. Officials arranged for experts to come forward as usual to explain. For example, some experts first ruled out the possibility of a blood-colored sky caused by geomagnetism and solar activity based on observation records. The expert believes that this is because the red light of an ocean-going fishing vessel scatters the red light to a distant range due to the scattering of liquid droplets in the atmosphere.

A person from the Beijing Planetarium believes that this may be the luminous phenomenon caused by the explosion or high frictional heat generation of the remains of some artificial celestial bodies in the process of falling into the atmosphere.

Either way, it is difficult to explain why the bloody sky appears on such a large scale. The Zhoushan area is fished all the year round, and I have never seen a single lamp that illuminates most of the sky. As for the luminous phenomenon caused by the fall of man-made celestial bodies, it is very different from this, which should be common sense.

Anyway, many netizens think that this is a rare celestial phenomenon, representing a bloody disaster or some kind of big catastrophe change.

When it comes to celestial phenomena, some friends may think, why are you talking about superstition. In fact, this is one of the core parts of traditional Chinese culture. We all know that traditional Chinese culture pays great attention to the “correspondence between man and nature”, which actually means that human affairs and celestial phenomena are often closely interlinked and interconnected. This is consistent with many scientific discoveries today.

In fact, even the CCP itself has never shied away from this. Although the CCP has promoted atheism from the very beginning, tried its best to destroy traditional culture, and attacked it with the label of “superstition”, the CCP believes in prophecy and believes in many astronomical phenomena and even some supernatural people. open secret.

Far away, there is the well-known Mao Zedong named Unit 8341, the meteorite rain that fell in Jilin in 1976, and the near one is Jiang Zemin, who knew that he had too much blood debt. The inspection, including the collective belief in the number “eight” by the top leaders of the Chinese Communist Party, whether the Summer Olympics or the Winter Olympics, must be selected to open at 8 pm on the 8th, etc.

That is to say, the CCP itself believes in these things very privately. Even if it is viewed in the way of the CCP, the bloody sky in Zhoushan, Zhejiang is an ominous sign, because the most direct appearance is a symbol of the fall of the red dynasty and the dissipation of the red dynasty, and it happens. at ZheJiang. According to past sayings, this is Xi Jinping’s “Land of the Dragon” and the base camp of the “New Army of the River”, so this celestial phenomenon means that the red dynasty of the CCP will end in the hands of Xi Jinping, right?

Analysis of the series of revelations that Xi Jinping was forced to “receive”

OK, let’s move on to today’s topic.

The outside world has observed that the recent changes in the CCP’s political situation are mainly due to three reasons. One is that the authorities’ changes in a series of major economic and foreign policies from the end of April to early May have attracted attention; The official announcement; the third one is that we-media man Lao Deng broke the news four times successively about Xi Jinping’s possible insecurity of power and position.

The first two of these three reasons are objective facts, and we have also discussed them in more detail. The third is an unconfirmed revelation, so different people have different opinions on the credibility of the revelation, which is normal, but such a series of revelations happens at the same time as the first two facts sooner or later, and the content of the revelations It does have some reasonableness in itself, so I think it still has some reference significance.

In Laodeng’s series of revelations, the core message points are one: Xi Jinping has been forced to give in internally, and Li Keqiang has been appointed to temporarily preside over the work, and the party’s peacekeeping and power transfer will be lifted after the transition to the 20th National Congress. As support for this statement, the whistleblower provided some statements for the public to verify. Which statement? I looked at it, and it roughly includes the following aspects:

1. Major personnel changes: This part clearly mentions two people, a Xi Jinping confidant, Ding Xuexiang, who will leave the Central Office to take over as Shanghai secretary and eventually retire. The replacement is an official named Wu Hansheng. The other is that Shi Taifeng, Li Keqiang’s classmate from Peking University’s law department, will take over the leadership of the Central Organization Department.

2. According to the source who said that for the sake of political stability, the current epidemic prevention and control will continue to emphasize dynamic clearing in propaganda, but it will gradually relax in actual implementation. mean.

3. The personality cult propaganda against Xi Jinping will be greatly cooled, and Wang Qishan will be sent to attend the inauguration ceremony of the new South Korean president to communicate with the United States, hoping that the United States will suspend sanctions against the CCP, etc.

Let’s start with this part of the personnel changes. It is reported that Ding Xuexiang was transferred from the position of director of the Central Office to Shanghai secretary and eventually retired. This kind of transfer has no precedent in the history of the CCP. Moreover, Shanghai is the political highland of the CCP. All officials who hold the position of Shanghai secretary are required to be members of the Politburo Standing Committee.

Therefore, it is too strange to say that Ding Xuexiang was transferred to Shanghai and then retired, and its operability is very low. As for Wu Hansheng, who was rumored to take over as the director of the Central Office, on May 5, he was officially transferred to the deputy secretary of the Central and State Organs Working Committee in charge of daily work, becoming the second-in-command. And the top secretary of the Central and State Organs Working Committee is Ding Xuexiang. In theory, Wu Hansheng may succeed Ding Xuexiang.

So, this claim seems a bit half-truth. In addition, Shi Taifeng, who is rumored to be taking over the personnel power of the Central Organization Department, has also been officially announced on May 2 as the president and party secretary of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. This means that Shi Taifeng, who is already 66 years old and reached the retirement age of 65 years old for ministerial-level officials last year, is likely not to go to the next level in his career. Normally, he should go to the CPPCC and other places to retire after the two sessions next year. It is very likely that he will continue to serve over the age of 20 to take charge of the Central Organization Department.

Next, let’s talk about the changes to Xi Jinping’s propaganda.

Taking the most representative number one party media “People’s Daily” as an example, I checked the front page reports for a total of 15 days from April 25 to today May 9. Objectively speaking, only May 7 and May 8 were reported. For two consecutive days, Xi Jinping did not appear in the headlines of the headlines as the main character of the report. On the front page of No. 7, a news headline reporting Wang Qishan’s visit to South Korea mentioned Xi Jinping, but the actual protagonist of the report was Wang Qishan.

In addition, on May 3 and April 29, there were cases where Xi Jinping did not make the headlines that day. If you look further, you will see that the front page of April 18 also had no report on Xi Jinping. In other words, Xi Jinping does not have to appear on the front page of the People’s Daily every day, and it is not uncommon for him to be not reported on the front page from time to time in the past.

If we look at the report of another representative party media mouthpiece News Network, we will see that from April 27 to May 5, only on April 28 Xi Jinping did not appear in the first two positions. It should belong to what we said just now, the occasional absence of Xi Jinping.

But from May 6 to May 8, for three consecutive days, Xi Jinping disappeared from the top two positions in the news network. This is indeed very rare, very unusual, because these days are exactly the days when the rumors of “Xi Jinping being forced to abdicate” are the most heated. Today, Xi Jinping has monopolized the top three positions in the news network in one breath.

Therefore, we look at the reports of the two major mouthpieces, People’s Daily and News Network, and there is indeed a certain sign of cooling down on Xi Jinping’s propaganda, but if we want to make a judgment, saying that Xi Jinping has lost power because of this is just a kind of Stability maintenance tools are “told by headlines”, I think the evidence is obviously not enough.

The third key issue is, of course, the zero policy on epidemic prevention and control.

Whether the zero policy will continue is almost seen as one of the most critical indicators of whether Xi Jinping has truly lost power. As we analyzed last time, whether we like it or not, the zero-clearing policy has been highly politicized and has become the most critical point of the power struggle between the two sides, that is, the focus, and the focus of this focus should be Shanghai.

According to the source, although Xi Jinping has been forced to surrender and lose absolute power, in order to stabilize the political situation and demonstrate the seriousness of Xi Jinping’s policy mistakes, the coup forces will still maintain the zero policy and corresponding propaganda on the surface, but will actually implement it. relax.

From what I’ve observed so far, this statement doesn’t quite fit the reality. In general, the current mainland’s epidemic prevention policy has not only not changed the tone of zero in terms of publicity, but has actually become more stringent in actual implementation. Among them, the most representative ones are Jilin’s silent nucleic acid testing for all staff again, and the increasingly serious violent arrests and quarantines and violent killings in Shanghai.

According to the official announcement of the Jilin City Epidemic Prevention and Control Team of Jilin Province, from 6:00 on May 9th to 6:00 on the 10th, all non-essential personnel movement will be stopped within the urban area, and static management will be implemented, and nucleic acid testing of “one person will not fall” will be carried out. , on the grounds that it “consolidates the results of social clearance of the epidemic”.

However, Jilin City announced on April 8, just a month ago, that it had achieved social zero, and announced on the 28th that the orderly restoration of urban life order. Just over ten days later, all the staff were urgently shut down for nucleic acid testing. Obviously, it was clear that there was no guarantee, and something went wrong.

Not only that, Jinshan District, Shanghai is the first administrative district in the city to announce that it has achieved social zero on April 20. Fengxian District was also the first to enter the list of 6 administrative districts whose social aspects were basically cleared on May 1. However, both Jinshan and Fengxian districts issued notices on the 7th, requiring two consecutive nucleic acid screenings for all employees on the 8th and 9th for two consecutive days, and the implementation of global static management during the period.

This is obviously a game of chess across the country, and continue to strictly clear the deployment. Although at the official level, the number of infections published every day has dropped sharply, and the shortage of material supplies in most of the closed cities, including Shanghai, has also been eased, and there are not so many phenomena such as widespread famine, knocking pots and rushing customs, etc. However, the two problems of forced isolation and household sterilization quickly began to rise.

For example, in Zhengzhou, Henan, students from the provincial family planning cadre college were all taken away for centralized isolation today; in No. 3 Liren Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, one person who was diagnosed with the entire unit had to be taken away and quarantined; The number of cases has dropped to about 4,000, but officials still require each district and sub-district office to issue military orders at every level, striving to achieve zero social status by May 15.

According to a speech by Zhu Zhisong, secretary of Pudong New Area, which was exposed on the Internet, the number of new cases on May 10 will drop by 60% compared with the previous day, and he also claimed that “even if you are shattered, you must complete the task.” Under such high pressure, many communities have clearly requested that if one person is positive, the entire building will be taken away for isolation. A notice from Donghu Residential Area, Hunan Street, Xuhui District, also shows that all residents must stay at home, even group purchases will be stopped, and everyone will be silent until the 15th.

A video circulating on the Internet shows that a resident returned home after the quarantine period expired and found that Dabai had looted the owner’s property and food in the name of “killing”, even his shoes. In fact, this is no different from the Red Guards raiding their homes, it’s just a different way. There are many similar malicious killings.

Not only that, even on May 7 and 8, when Xi Jinping was absent from the headlines on the front page of the People’s Daily, a series of comments on epidemic prevention and control written by commentators of the People’s Daily were published. The general policy of “dynamic clearing” remains unwavering. The only thing worth noting is that on the title of the comment on May 7, there was a reference to “precise prevention and control according to the time and situation”, which may be a strategic adjustment.

Therefore, we combine the actual information of these three aspects to compare the content of the revelations, and we can see that the entire rumors of the revelations are a collection of information mixed with true and false. From the current situation, I am still inclined to come to the conclusion that Xi Jinping has encountered serious challenges, and several major policies he personally deployed have suffered setbacks. This has led to the restriction of his power, but he responded by making concessions and adjustments in external Sino-US relations and Sino-Russian relations, including financial supervision, and not easing but tightening internal closures.

The anti-Xi forces also took advantage of this, and released revelations to attack his political authority by exporting to domestic sales. Doing so has some effect. As the whistleblower said, the fierce fighting at the highest level of the CCP is often opaque to the middle and lower levels, so a large number of officials below the middle level have no way of knowing the real situation at the top, and can only inquire about true and false information from various channels.

Once such revelations are released, the biggest public opinion effect will be that a large number of officials who are unclear about the situation will take a wait-and-see attitude with the collective in order to maximize their own protection. Everyone knows that saying the wrong word or expressing the wrong attitude at such a time is likely to ruin all futures. The above is fighting to the death, and each has its own channel to release its own favorable news. Therefore, such revelations are actually an information war of power struggles within the party. For the anti-Xi faction, it can make a large number of officials dare not suddenly show loyalty to Xi and wait and see, which can be said to have achieved the purpose of information warfare.

Xi Jinping’s peaceful transfer of power?

Last but not least, the revelations mentioned the 16-character policy of the soft coup, which is called “handover power ahead of time, getting off the bus at the station, smooth transition, and no accountability.” In fact, this is almost impossible in the political structure of the CCP. In the history of the CCP, Deng Xiaoping launched a soft coup against Hua Guofeng and handed over power peacefully. But that was because Hua Guofeng never took control of the military, so he was deposed by Deng Xiaoping and a group of veterans who held great power.

Xi Jinping has been in power for 10 years, and he has vigorously anti-corruption and military reform in the army. Although it cannot be said that the entire army is the army of the Xi family, it is probably not objective to say that he does not have a considerable degree of control over the army. At the very least, even the whistleblower himself admits that the command of the Central Guard Corps is still in the hands of Xi Jinping’s confidant Ding Xuexiang, and the whistleblower himself does not deny that Xi Jinping has the possibility of using Ding Xuexiang to make a comeback.

Therefore, in this context, it is basically a fantasy to say that an organization like the CCP will have a peaceful handover of power like a democratic system and settle accounts soon. Now that Xi Jinping has come to this day, it is absolutely impossible for him to apply the Hua Guofeng model. No matter how he wins or loses, the final result will definitely be red with a bayonet.

We look at this from another angle. In fact, for China, for people who really want to get rid of the tyranny of the CCP, it is not necessarily a bad thing for Xi Jinping to continue to accelerate. Perhaps the anti-Xi forces really want to extend the life of the CCP and buy time for the continuation of the rule of the powerful family group by bridging the United States and substituting people. But for Xi Jinping, continuing to accelerate has become his only bargaining chip against the anti-Xi forces.

In this sense, Xi Jinping may not necessarily want to slow down, but the situation is stronger than others. He has no other way to go. Slowing down can only mean being overthrown and liquidated. In his opinion, although acceleration will inevitably fall off the cliff in the end, it is a long-term plan, and now he can only consider using acceleration to solve immediate worries. Therefore, around zero, around Shanghai, this political storm is probably far from over, we may as well wait and see.

Okay, that’s all for today, thank you for watching and listening, see you next time.
