Former President Clinton to be discharged from hospital after receiving treatment for one more day

Former U.S. President Bill Clinton, who was hospitalized for urinary problems, will be discharged from the hospital on the 17th local time, US media reported.

“Clinton is expected to receive antibiotic injections and be discharged from hospital,” said Angel Ureña, a spokeswoman for the country.

The spokesperson added that President Clinton is spending time with his family, meeting friends and watching college football.

Former President Clinton was admitted to the University of California, Irvine Medical Center on the 12th.

An aide who requested anonymity said former President Clinton had symptoms of sepsis from a urinary tract infection.
