Trade unions at all levels must actively negotiate the closing and starting times to avoid the peak period of the Spring Festival travel season. Colleges and universities in various places should adjust the winter vacation and school start time in time according to the requirements of the local epidemic prevention and control, and stagger the Spring Festival travel period as much as possible. The “Opinions” also require the implementation of the “one-code access” of the health code nationwide, and encourage all regions to promote the automatic verification of health code services by swiping ID cards.
