Garmin today announced the Fenix 7 Pro and Epix Pro series of smartwatches, both of which support solar charging.
The Garmin Epix Pro Series is available in three sizes: 42, 47 and 51 mm, with different display sizes of 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 inches, respectively, using an AMOLED display for a maximum longevity of 16 days in mode smartwatch or 6 days in Always -On Display mode, but if GPS is always on, the battery will run out in 32 – 42 hours for the 47 mm model.
The Garmin Fenix7 Pro Series is also available in three sizes: 42mm (Fenix7S Pro), 47mm (Fenix7 Pro) and 51mm (Fenix7X Pro) (MIP) , saving more energy. Especially when the Always On Display mode is turned on, it can last up to 22 days, but if the GPS is always on, the battery will run out in 48 – 73 hours.
The Garmin Fenix 7 Pro and Epix Pro offer 32GB of storage for offline use of maps and music. It also increases GPS accuracy with multi-band GPS, but also reduces battery life. They also get a brand new optical heart rate sensor (Elevate V5) and have built-in flashlights using 2 white LEDs and 1 LED red.
Garmin sells the Fenix 7 Pro Series starting at $799.99. or about 27,690 baht while The Epix Pro Series starts at $899.99. or about 31,190 baht
