“Goodbye Seoul Theater”… Free screenings for 3 weeks from the 11th

Seoul Theater will hold a free screening for three weeks from the 11th to the 31st.

The Seoul Theater announced on the 2nd that it would hold a ‘Thank You Screening’, which provides free tickets to 100 people a day on weekdays and 200 people a day on weekends on a first-come, first-served basis.

Four screenings scheduled to be released in the second half of 2021, including ‘Mogadishu’ currently screened, can be seen as premieres. Tilda Swinton’s ‘Human Voice’ and ‘Love Affair: What We Say, What We Do’, the official selection film for the last Cannes Film Festival, were on the screening list.

Masterpieces are also re-screened. ‘Foxcatcher’, which won the Best Director award at the Cannes Film Festival, ‘Francis Ha’, ‘Walk or Walk’, ‘Florida Project’, ‘Searching for Sugar Man’ etc. ‘Seoul Theater’ will close on the 31st. As multiplexes of large corporations including CGV appeared in earnest, their popularity gradually decreased, and Corona 19 played a decisive role in the suspension of business.
