People’s Power The June 1 by-election nomination management committee made a single nomination for former president Ahn Cheol-soo in Bundanggap, Gyeonggi Province, on the 10th.

Commissioner Yoon Sang-hyun made this statement in a briefing after the meeting of the diplomatic mission held at the National Assembly Hall in the afternoon.

In Gyeyang-eul, Incheon, where former Gyeonggi governor Lee Jae-myung, a member of the Democratic Party, was running, Yoon Hyung-seon was nominated as the chairman of the party association.

In Boryeong and Seocheon, Chungcheongnam-do, which became vacant due to Kim Tae-heum’s run for the Chungnam governorship, Jang Dong-hyeok, from Boryeong, and former Daejeon City Party chairman, Lee In-seon, former member of the People’s Power, in Suseong, Daegu, where former lawmaker Hong Jun-pyo ran for Daegu mayor, held a by-election. The Daegu-Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone Authority was nominated for each director.

Park Jeong-ha, chairman of the Wonju-si Party Association, was nominated for Wonju, Gangwon, where the Democratic Party’s former lawmaker Lee Gwang-jae ran for Gangwon governor, and Kim Young-seon, who was vacated by Park Wan-su, a former member of the People’s Power, for Gyeongnam governor, was nominated by former lawmaker Kim Young-seon.

Jeju-eul is currently conducting a public opinion poll and decided to nominate the candidate with the most votes as soon as the results of the primary are released on the 11th.
