Hair Salon Supercuts are back in Tallahassee news

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) – Hair Salon Supercuts are back in Tallahassee after a few years ago.

The first Super cuts were first opened in Tallahassee in 1999 and at the same time had five salons, but they left suddenly a year and a half ago.

They went out of business for a variety of reasons, mostly economically. Now, new local ownership is being brought back in a big way, with three new sites in the Capital City.

Owner Chris Sansom says that the new salons offer a wide range of services that do not have any other salon in their category than coloring, highlighting hair services, waxes, and a little extra.

"One thing we offer is a difference than a tea tree experience. What is a hot towel shampoo and treatment that adds a little to the experience," said Sansom.

There are three sites of Miracle Plaza sites on Thomasville Road, West Tennessee at the new Goal, and Village Village.

Village Villages will also be open in March and the Thomasville Road site is now open.
