Although it is still one day before the implementation of the phased daily recovery (with Corona), the quarantine authorities are nervous about the crowd trying to enjoy the Halloween (31st) party.

In fact, every evening from the 29th, it was not difficult to see people violating quarantine rules, such as taking off their masks to smoke, in entertainment districts across the country.

In particular, on the occasion of Halloween Day, there have been cases of crackdowns on workplaces that violate quarantine rules.

Accordingly, Jeon Jeon-cheol, the 2nd deputy head of the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters (Minister of Public Administration and Security), cautioned that there is a high possibility that the number of confirmed cases will increase due to Halloween on the 31st of the major headquarters meeting.

According to the quarantine authorities, on the 29th, 272 people were arrested in Seoul alone for violating quarantine rules. In Itaewon, Yongsan-gu, it was reported as a regular restaurant, but in fact, a restaurant operating in the form of a club was cracked down while operating after 10 pm. In Gangnam, an unauthorized club that violated the guidelines for gathering restrictions was also discovered.

In Incheon, from the 29th to the 30th, 141 people were arrested by the police at 20 places including entertainment facilities and singing practice areas for violating quarantine rules.

At a pub in Seomyeon, Busan, at 6:57 a.m. on the 30th, he was caught holding a Halloween event with 237 guests, nearly twice the 122 allowed for the establishment.
