On the 31st, the Hanwha Group appointed new CEOs from four affiliates, including Hanwha General Insurance, Hanwha Investment & Securities, Hanwha Asset Management, and Hanwha Savings Bank.
The CEOs of Hanwha Investment & Securities and Hanwha Asset Management swapped positions. Kwon Hee-baek, CEO of Hanwha Investment & Securities, will move to the position of CEO of Hanwha Asset Management, and Han Doo-hee, CEO of Hanwha Asset Management, to the position of CEO of Hanwha Investment & Securities.
Kang Sung-soo, CEO of Hanwha General Insurance, transferred to the position of CEO of Hanwha Savings Bank. Na Chae-beom, vice president of Hanwha Life Insurance, was appointed as the new CEO of Hanwha Insurance.
New CEOs will finally be appointed through shareholder and board of directors meetings according to each company’s schedule.
An official from Hanwha Group said, “We held the appointment of representative personnel to respond more effectively to the rapidly changing financial market situation.”
