Hattrick 150, Thei Tuppi Umran; Although Sri Lanka got eight, there is chest beating for Pak fans

Umran Malik made waves in India-Sri Lanka ODI. Once again Umran brought out the magic of fast bowling and overwhelmed the Lankan batsmen.

The Lankan batsmen had no answer to the fireballs that came one after the other.

In the earlier T20 series, Umran shocked the fans by bowling the fastest delivery by an Indian player in international matches. Umran broke Jasprit Bumrah’s record of 153 km. Umran’s pace was 155+.

However, when it came to the ODI series, Umran also changed his own record. Umran stunned Lankan batsmen and Indian fans alike with a 156 km/h fastball.

Umran bowled a pace of 156 km in the 14th over of the Lankan innings. In that over himself, Umran bowled two more deliveries with a speed of over 150 kmph.

Umran’s pace in the 14th over was 147, 151, 151, 156, 146, 145.

With this, there is another entry in the name of Umran. Umran holds the record of being the fastest bowler in T20, ODI and IPL.

The star’s record performances are like T-20 – 155 km, ODI – 156 km, IPL – 157 km.

If Umran bowls in the same manner, Pakistani fans are worried that Umran will overtake Akhtar to hold the record for the fastest delivery in international cricket. Earlier, Umran shocked the cricket world by bowling at a speed of 163 kmph in the nets.

Akhtar had earlier said that Umran is only happy to break his record.

“If he breaks my record I will be very happy. I hope he doesn’t take any risks in trying to achieve that feat. My advice is to keep fit,’ says Akhtar.

Umran took three wickets in the last match. Umran took the wicket after conceding 57 runs in eight overs. Umran sent back openers Pathum Nisanka, Charit Asalanka and Dunit Vellalaghe.
